InterCLASS Cloud requires screenshots for teachers to be able to take a snapshot of a student's screen.
To allow users to take a screenshot:
- Log into the Google Admin Console (admin.google.com) with your administrator-privileged user account.
- Click on Devices.
- Click on Chrome Management.
- Click on User & browser settings.
- Select the student OU that the InterCLASS Cloud Student App and Extension are installed under.
- Scroll down to the Content section.
- On the Screenshot setting, select the Allow users to take screenshots
- At the top-right of the screen, click Save.
